| LINE EXTENSION |
3.0 Overhead Electric Line Extensions. For use where installing overhead electric lines per Section VII LINE EXTENSIONS. Does not include metering, transformers, switches or capacitor installations.
Does not include installation in swampy areas requiring excessive guying, rock blasting and/or tree trimming.
Rates are not applicable for jobbing which is based on actual cost plus overhead.
All installed equipment is the property of the HMLP and is to be maintained, improved upon and/or removed only by the HMLP.
Does not apply to Service Laterals.
(*) - Normal working hours means proper arrangements for reconnection are made during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on any day the HMLP employees normally work. Arrangements made after 3:00 p.m. will be considered after normal working hours unless Customer accepts reconnection on the next business day.
