AVAILABILITY:
Service under this rate is available to residential, commercial, and public building Customers receiving electricity through a single meter for provided that permanently connected electric space heating equipment is installed and no other fossil fuel source of comfort heating is utilized. This rate is not available to industrial customers.

RATE:
Customer Charge	$14.00 per month
Demand Charge (all over 10 kW)	$5.00 per kW
Energy Charge	$0.1110 per kWh

MINIMUM:
The minimum bill is $14.00 per month.

DEPOSIT:
The Customer will be required to deposit with HMLP, as a collateral security for the performance of the terms of this Agreement, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and M.G.L. c. 164, sec 58A.

DISCOUNT:
A discount of 10 percent will be applied to bills paid on or before the 15th of the month following the billing date, providing all previous bills have been paid. No discount shall reduce a bill below the $12.60 monthly minimum. The Power Cost Adjustment will not be discounted.

CONDITIONS:
All space heating equipment and the installation thereof will conform with the Plant's requirements for the voltage designated by HMLP for the service required.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
The Customer shall agree to receive electric service for a minimum of 12 months. Thereafter, the contract may be discontinued by the Customer after 30 days notice. A reconnection fee will be charged if the service is discontinued for nonpayment or after voluntary discontinuance by the Customer.

POWER COST ADJUSTMENT:
The amount determined under the preceding provisions will be adjusted in accordance with the HMLP's Power Cost Adjustment.
