Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 164, § 56D, the Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant (HMLP) invites
proposals for the purchase of 3 FLO SMART DIRECT-CURRENT FAST CHARGING
STATIONS – 50 Kw. PURCHASE SHALL INCLUDE

15 FLO CAT # SPG3002001-FL, 1 YEAR FLO SOFTWEAR

All proposals must be sealed and marked on the outside “RFP # 23-0015, 50Kw MULTISTANDARD DC FAST CHARGING STATION MATERIALS” and be received at the office
of the HMLP, 31 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham Ma 02043, no later than 11:00PM on
April 5, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The HMLP reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and minor
irregularities in bids received, and also to accept any bid in total or in part but not
necessarily the lowest bid.
