HMLP wants customers to understand how their bills are structured and HMLP charges for electricity. Customers can use the tools provided to get information on rates and special charges.
Billing Introduction
All payments received before the 15th of the month will receive an approximately 10% discount applied to their bill. Bills can be paid online, by mail, dropped off at HMLP, or dropped off at the Town Dropbox. For more information, see Payment Methods and Locations.
