Annual Food Drive
HMLP is once again sponsoring a food drive for the Hingham Food Pantry. Please bring non-perishable, unopened items to our office at 31 Bare Cove Park Dr. between October 2nd-October 31st to participate. Donations are accepted Monday thru Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM.

Notice of Rate Increase – July 1, 2023
HMLP’s electric rates will be changing on July 1, 2023. Please read the attached notice and then reach out to HMLP if you have any questions. State resources are available for those who are financially struggling to pay their bills. You can also visit our “Rates” webpage to learn more about your rate or “How to Read Your Electric Bill” for assistance in understanding where these charges are applied.

Hingham Light wants to hear your feedback! Take the 2023 Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey
Every household in Hingham that receives an electric bill is encouraged to take the survey, open May 1st to May 29th, and voice their opinions on various topics, including rates, quality of service, renewable energy investments, energy efficiency programs, and rebates.
South Shore Eco Fest 2023
HMLP invites you to join us at Cohasset Commons on May 20, 2023 from 2 PM to 7 PM for the South Shore Eco Fest. There will be live music, contests, giveaways, a beer garden, and may local vendors with eco-products and helpful tips to be sustainable
