HINGHAM MUNICIPAL LIGHTING PLANT

Invitation for bid: Construction for 3 O.S. DC Fast Charging Stations at Lynch Field & Water St. 
IFB #23 – 0016

Sealed Bids for labor and materials in connection with the installation of three (3) Owner Supplied New, 50kW direct-current fast charging stations, dual-port electric vehicle charging stations at 2 sites in the Town Of Hingham. This Includes both material and labor at both sites. Bids will be received at the Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant, 31 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham Ma 02043 Until 11:00 AM, May 18 2023, immediately after which the bids will be opened and read publicly.

Bid Deposit: 5% of the contract price shall be submitted with the bid
Surety Bonds: Payment Bond (50% of Bid Amount)
Insurance Coverage is required at the time of award.

All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 44A-H and M.G.L c. 30, § 39M.
