The Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant invites proposals for the software and the associated hardware for a customer information and billing system (“CIS”).

Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant, 222 Central Street, Hingham, Massachusetts.

All proposals must be sealed and marked on the outside Billing System (“CIS”) – Technical and Billing System (“CIS”) – Pricing/ Payment Schedule and be received at the office of the Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant, 222 Central Street, General Manager’s Office, Hingham, Massachusetts, no later than 12:00 Noon on December 17, 2004, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

The Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant’s Light Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received, and also to accept any bid in total or in part but not necessarily the lowest bid, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant to do so.
