REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – (RFP) – IFB #22-0011

The Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant invites bids from qualified bidders for the Construction of Level-2 Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations as described in IFB #22-0011. The successful bidder will be awarded a Lump sum contract.

HMLP will hold a mandatory pre-bid job site walk-through, which is scheduled for May 9, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders shall meet at Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant at 31 Bare Cove park drive, Hingham MA 02043. Sign in and then the group will visit each site.

The scope of work statement is attached to the IFB. All questions or requests for clarification regarding this IFB should be made in writing to the attention of Chris Kourafas at ckourafas@hmlp.com with the “HINGHAM LIGHT LEVEL 2 ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS IFB # 22-0011” in the subject line. Hingham Municipal Light reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the HMLP to do so.
