Payment Updates

Starting on January 1, 2026, AutoPay will no longer accept credit or debit cards. To use Autopay, you must switch to a bank account. Below are the step-by-step instructions for how to update your AutoPay payment method. For assistance, please call 781-749-0134. 

To Start, Visit Our Payment Portal

Go to the Hingham Payment Portal. Clicking this link will open the page in a new tab, so you will still have these instructions handy.

Step 1: Sign In to Invoice Cloud

If you already have an account with HMLP, click the Sign In link at the top of the page.

If you do not, please register. Learn how to Register.

Step 2: Click on My Profile

Click on My Profile, then select Payment Methods.

Step 3: Click on Add New Bank 

Enter in the bank information. Do not add a new credit or debit card. 

 

Ensure you check off both items at the bottom of the screen.

(“Apply this to my existing AutoPay and Scheduled payments“)

 

Step 4: Click on Save Bank Information

Once you’ve filled in your bank information, make sure you click save!
