To obtain a temporary meter, please follow the instructions and fill out the form below or download the PDF.

Call HMLP for a Utility Authorization #
Contact the Wiring Inspector to schedule an inspection.
Ensure that your name is on the address for which you are requesting service.
Pay a $200 temp fee via cash or check.
Once inspection has been done, the Wiring Inspector will send the inspection certificate to HMLP for scheduling.
